مدد التوصيل

نجهّز طلبك ونخرجه للتوصيل بأسرع وقت، وتصلك إشعارات بكل خطوة حتى باب البيت. المدد تختلف حسب المدينة، وهي تقديرية وقد تتأثر بظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.

رسوم التوصيل

تُعرض رسوم التوصيل لمدينتك بوضوح في ملخص الطلب قبل الدفع.

الدفع

الدفع في iRose إلكتروني بالكامل — من رصيد محفظتك داخل التطبيق أو عبر بوابات الدفع المعتمدة في DPay. لا نوفر خدمة الدفع عند الاستلام.

متابعة الطلب

تابعي حالة طلبك خطوة بخطوة من صفحة «طلباتي»، وستصلك إشعارات عند تأكيد الطلب وخروجه للتوصيل ووصوله.

عند الاستلام

تأكدي من حالة الشحنة عند استلامها، وإن لاحظتِ أي ضرر أو نقص فتواصلي معنا فوراً عبر «المساعدة والدعم».

Where we deliver

We deliver iRose orders to your door across the Libyan cities available in the app, through our couriers and trusted delivery partners — and the list keeps growing.

Delivery windows

We prepare your order and hand it to delivery as fast as we can, with notifications at every step until it reaches your door. Times vary by city; they are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery fees

The fee for your city is shown clearly in the order summary before you pay.

Payment

Payment on iRose is fully electronic — from your in-app wallet balance or through our approved DPay payment gateways. Cash on delivery is not offered.

Tracking your order

Follow your order step by step from the My Orders page; we'll notify you when it's confirmed, out for delivery and delivered.

On receipt

Please check the parcel when it arrives; if you notice any damage or missing items, contact us right away via Help & Support.
