نحترم خصوصيتك، ويجمع تطبيق iRose الحد الأدنى من البيانات اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة: رقم هاتفك للتحقق من هويتك، اسمك وعناوينك لتوصيل الطلبات، وسجل طلباتك لمتابعتها.

بيانات الاستخدام

نجمع أيضاً بيانات استخدام داخل التطبيق — مثل التصفح والبحث وإتمام الطلبات — مع معرّف تعريفي ينشئه التطبيق، لنحسّن تجربتك ونقيس أداء الخدمة ونعرض لكِ مقترحات مخصصة مبنية على نشاطك.

كيف نستخدم بياناتك

نستخدم بياناتك لتشغيل حسابك وتوصيل طلباتك. تصلك إشعارات حالة الطلب دائماً، وقد نرسل عروضاً تسويقية يمكنك إيقافها في أي وقت من إعدادات الإشعارات داخل التطبيق.

بيانات الدفع

تُعالج بيانات الدفع عبر بوابة DPay مباشرة ولا تُخزّن على خوادمنا.

المشاركة مع أطراف ثالثة

لا نشارك بياناتك مع أي طرف ثالث لأغراض تسويقية. تُعالج بيانات الدفع عبر بوابة DPay مباشرة، وتُستخدم خدمة Firebase من Google لتوصيل الإشعارات فقط.

حذف الحساب والبيانات

يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق (حسابي ← حذف الحساب)، أو بالتواصل معنا عبر «المساعدة والدعم».

موافقتك

باستخدامك لتطبيق iRose فأنت توافقين على هذه السياسة. إذا حدّثناها فسنعلمك داخل التطبيق.

What we collect

We respect your privacy. iRose collects only the minimum data needed to serve you: your phone number to verify your identity, your name and addresses to deliver orders, and your order history so you can track purchases.

Usage data

We also collect in-app usage data — such as browsing, search and checkout events — with an app-generated identifier, to improve your experience, measure how the service performs, and show you personalized picks based on your activity.

How we use your data

We use your data to run your account and deliver your orders. You always receive order-status notifications, and we may send marketing offers that you can turn off at any time from the notification settings inside the app.

Payment data

Payment data is handled directly by the DPay gateway and is not stored on our servers.

Sharing with third parties

We never share your data with third parties for marketing. Payment data is processed directly by the DPay gateway, and Google Firebase is used solely to deliver notifications.

Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account and data at any time from inside the app (Profile → Delete account), or by contacting us via Help & Support.

By using the iRose app you agree to this policy. If we update it, we will let you know inside the app.
